Lorelei got a personalized princess CD for Christmas.  When she wants to listen to the CD, she points at the player and says "song".  On this particular day she was dressed as a princess dancing with her puppy who was also dressed like a princess.
Nathan has gotten better at riding his bike.  We raised the training wheels and aired the tires.  He is riding much faster now and steering a little better.  He enjoys riding and Lorelei enjoys watching him.  She asks to ride but her little legs just dangle when she is sitting on the seat.  Maybe a bike will be in her future.

Nathan's first day of preschool was a success, for him it was just another day.  I took this video just before we left to capture his love of Star Wars and his excitement for preschool.  I am looking forward to the rest of his school year and watching him learn and grow!

Lorelei is growing up fast! Usually when we walk out to the car I will carry her and our bags and Nathan will walk to his door and wait for me to open it. The other day my hands were full so I made a trip out to the car and they both followed me. Nathan went to his door and climbed in as usual and Lorelei walked around and stood by her door. It was an eye opener and at that moment she seemed so much older than 15 months. When we got home I unbuckled her and put her down on the drive way. She walked to the front door following her brother. I smiled the rest of the day thinking about it.

Tonight we read a bible story from Luke 22. When I read the line "Judas and the soldiers have come to get jesus and take him away." Nathan said, "Awe that will make Jesus so sad! I will keep him right here", as he pointed to himself. These moments warm my heart.

We went to a pool today that has a very wide slide. It is Nathan's favorite!
This is the first time I have let him go down by himself. And that is all he did the rest of our time there.

Sunday was our Easter celebration at church. We started with lunch in the gym and then an Easter egg hunt. Nate tolerated the egg hunt, he was more interested in the bouncy castles that were set up in the parking lot. We made it to the bouncy castles before the crowd hit and he was pleased to get one to himself. We put Lorelei in the grass and let her play with her basket while we visited and watched Nate jump. I looked over and saw him slide out of the the bouncy castle. He ran over in our direction and then passed me up. As I turned to ask where he was going, I saw his white hiney, pants around his ankles, peeing on a tree! I rushed over to pull up his pants and tell him that when we are at church we go inside to potty. He told me that he peed on a tree because he was outside. I am thankful that he didn't go in his underwear but I think it is time to set boundaries.
